What is the estimated delivery time?
A: If the item is in stock, it will be delivered in 5-7 days from the order date. While most items are delivered in 5-7 days, there are a few items that may be delivered in 7-10 days. The accurate delivery time is mentioned on the product page itself. A: Ewigchic.com provides Free Delivery for all items if your total order amount is more than Rs. 499/-. Otherwise Rs. 50/- is charged towards shipping charges. No additional charges for Cash On Delivery.

Otherwise, the refunded amount will be credited back to your Ewig Chic account in a form of Gift Voucher or equivalent amount will be credited to your bank account through NEFT.

What is your money back policy?
A: All products sold at Ewigchic.com are covered under our 15-Day Replacement Guarantee. Notify us of problems, fitting issues, damages or defects within 15 days from the date of delivery, and we will either refund your money or send a replacement product to you, provided the procedure below is followed.
