What is the estimated delivery time?
A: If the item is in stock, it will be delivered in 5-7 days from the order date. While most items are delivered in 5-7 days, there are a few items that may be delivered in 7-10 days. The accurate delivery time is mentioned on the product page itself. For items with size options, please select the required size and the current delivery estimate will be displayed below availability message.

How much does it cost for the product to be delivered?
A: Ewigchic.com provides Free Delivery for all items if your total order amount is more than Rs. 499/-. Otherwise Rs. 50/- is charged towards shipping charges. No additional charges for Cash On Delivery.

How will the delivery be done?
A: We send all packages via our logistics partner Fedex. At times we may use other logistics companies at our discretion.

A: We take care in making sure that your purchase reaches you in the intended manner. Our products are shipped in special boxes that will keep them safe until it reaches you.

How long will it take to get refunds, if any?
A: We will process all refunds on priority basis. However, you should get your refunds in approximately 15 days from getting the refund confirmation.

How will I be refunded for the return?
A: Our QC team will inspect the return shipment upon receiving it at our Warehouse. Upon successful processing of return, you will be refunded the purchase amount of returned product(s). If you have paid online via credit card, debit card, or net banking, the refunded amount will be credited back to your account. Otherwise, the refunded amount will be credited back to your Ewig Chic account in a form of Gift Voucher or equivalent amount will be credited to your bank account through NEFT.

What is your money back policy?
A: All products sold at Ewigchic.com are covered under our 15-Day Replacement Guarantee. Notify us of problems, fitting issues, damages or defects within 15 days from the date of delivery, and we will either refund your money or send a replacement product to you, provided the procedure below is followed.
